Make your very own homemade longganisa!
 
                    Ingredients
- 
                500 grams lean ground pork 
- 1/8 cup brown sugar 
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce 
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 
- cling wrap for molding your longganisa 
- olive oil or vegetable oil 
- 
                Rice and Eggs to Serve 
Directions
- Mix together lean ground pork, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. 
- Put 2 tbsp of the mixture into cling wraps and mold into logs / rolls. Wrap it tightly and seal. Make it for all the rest of the mixture. 
- Place the sausages in a container and put in the freezer for 2 hours or until ready to cook. 
- Just pan fry the sausages in olive oil (or vegetable oil) for about 5-6 minutes or just until cooked. 
- You can drain in paper towels to remove excess oil.
