Easy & Yummy Dish that's great to pair with rice or pasta! Perfect for a home meal and party dish as well!
 
                    Ingredients
- 
                
½ kg Beef Tenderloin (Stroganoff Cut, ½ inch strips) 
- 1 tbsp Olive oil 
- 
                1 pc Onion, chopped 
- 
                2 cloves Garlic, chopped 
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom, Campbell’s 10oz 
- 1 Cup Water 
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce 
- 1 can Sliced Mushroom (10oz) 
Directions
- Heat oil in a non stick skillet, brown garlic and set aside 
- Brown stroganoff strips quickly in the pan and set aside with garlic 
- Cook onion until until it caramelizes, about 5 minutes 
- Add mushroom soup to onion, dilute with water and mix well 
- Add 1 can of mushroom (withut the wmushroom water), season with soy sauce
