Beef Salpicao is a delicious and flavorful Filipino dish wonderfully paired with rice! Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner! You can have marinade a big batch and just cook in small batches! :)
 
                    Ingredients
- 
                
½ kilo US Beef Tenderloin, cut into cubes 
- 
                
or ½ kilo Beef Terderloin Salpicao Cut 
- ½ cup Olive Oil (for sauteing) 
- 
                2 tbsp Garlic , chopped 
- 2 tbsp Olive oil 
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 
- 2 tbsp Knorr seasoning 
- ½ tsp Black Pepper 
Directions
- Combine garlic, 2tbsp olive oil, worcestershire sauce, knorr seasoning and black pepper together in a mixing bowl. 
- Marinade for atleast 1 hour or overnight 
- Saute with olive oil for 3-4 minutes or until meat is brown. Make sure your heat is on high. Do not overcook.
